This is not another lecture-style wellness series — it’s a space for real learning, real embodiment, and real connection. Each week offers tools, conversation, and community that help you understand your body’s language and respond with care instead of control.

Six Weekly Sessions: 75-minute live gatherings blending education, practice, and reflection.
Weekly Themes: Each week builds intentionally — from awareness to embodiment to empowerment.
Guided Somatic Practices: Learn grounding, breathwork, and nervous system regulation tools for real-life use.
Integration Prompts: Gentle journaling and reflection to help you embody what you learn between sessions.

I believe healing isn’t a trend — it’s a remembering.
My work is rooted in helping people return to themselves — to their breath, their body, and their truth. I’ve spent years guiding others to slow down, release survival mode, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been waiting to be seen.
I don’t teach from the sidelines — I live this work. Every breath practice, sound vibration, and moment of stillness I share has been part of my own healing. What drives me isn’t perfection — it’s presence. Watching people come home to their bodies and find peace in their own rhythm is what keeps me devoted to this path.
Professionally, I bring over 20 years in the healing arts as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, and sound healer.
All of those pieces come together here — in this work, this community, and this practice of becoming whole again.
